Denver Taco Trucks started slinging delicious tacos in 2019 and is proud to be serving the greater Denver area.
Denver Taco Truck is the second food truck by the classically trained chef band experienced owner, Joe Pavlushik. After working in many popular restaurants around town, in 2015 Joe decided to start Pavy’s Sandwich Truck to showcase his own recipes and flavor profiles through gourmet sandwiches.
Joe and the rest of the Denver Taco Truck team aim to make every dining experience superb with fresh ingredients, made-to-order offerings, and excellent service.
